'Bout time

Just when I realised I need to do something healthy about myself, I fell ill. It was when I was all geared up with a new pair of swimsuit, running shoes and workout sessions recorded on the decoder that I started to feel so sluggish all of a sudden. There was this throbbing headache initially. I thought it was because I lacked caffeine that particular morning. I drank the coffee but felt even worse after that. I did not think it was a major cold or something but something was just brewing under my skin.

I have since been on paracetamols, NSAIDs and cough syrups.

And I truly felt rubbish. I could not do anything. Non-functional in the greatest time of need.

Hopefully, I can recover and build back the stamina.. slow but steady.
