I haven't been getting enough sleep lately. Is it the level of difficulty for me to sustain a good length of sleep hours or is it just me being more perked up lately?

Last night, I slept at 1am. I woke up 6am!! I am almost all the time the last to wake up. I sleep a whole lot (yes, I do sound piggish.. thank you very much) but lately, I cannot seem to doze off and happen to wake up at about 7-ish. Without the alarm, some more. This is starting to sound quite fishy.

Where does the energy come oozing from?
