Just does not deliver

I am very, very disappointed. Not to mention, tired.

I have been working so hard on my fitness. I just do not understand why the weight loss just cannot deliver. Is the culprit my hormones?

We all know well that one should not go on crash diets to lose weight, at least not in the long term round. Rebound is way worse. I am eating just right - not too much, not too little. I work doubly harder. Yet, the stomach bulge is getting bigger and bigger. My arms are getting flabbier. I just do not understand why.

I suspect the culprit is the concoction of hormones. It is so, so frustrating.
