Gym at home!

Hey, my last 'gym talk' tag was a post stating that I would want a treadmill. Can't believe the dream just came through last week when I got not only a treadmill, but a bicycle as well. It is really cool!



I have been doing at least one session per day. I just read that to maximise fat burning, you need to do low intensity exercise for prolonged period of time. I think I need to change my strategy now. Cardio may be good but for fat burning purposes, I may need to lower the intensity and stretch the timing.
