Hassle when it comes to accommodation

I am still contemplating - to stay in the student hall or to rent a private accommodation? While student hall seems like a more convenient choice, it also means more restrictions and probably more expensive. Some student halls tend to be located further away from the university campus, making the option less viable.

Private accommodation, on the other hand, allows a student to search for the best deal to suit his or her own need. One may be fussy when it comes to the place you are going to call 'home' for the next three years or so. I may want attached bath, others may hunt for the cheapest room, regardless of the size. Might as well make it as good as it can be. I am so tempted to just rent a private accommodation where I can nicely call a 'cosy home'.

A good kitchen is a must for someone like me!

I have been over the internet searching for possible houses or rooms for let. Speaking of which, if you happen to be studying in Leeds, you may want to look into this agent which has been ranked No. 1 in student accommodation in leeds . You definitely need a reliable landlord agent like Pickard Properties to settle your worries when it comes to accommodation.

It is good when you can find quality landlords for student accommodation. When my daughter began University and was looking for a flat to rent in Birmingham I contacted James Laurence estate agents and they were very helpful and I managed to find a really nice place for her to live while she studies.
