A few Cleo tips

Bought Cleo mag August edition.

There is this article that talks about losing weight/slimming down blah blah blah.

Golden rule: don't ever skip meals!!!

What is this? I mean.. my friend just told me to skip breakfast and lunch altogether. Whereas this article says that we must eat the most in the morning and gradually decrease the consumption as the day proceeds.

Then, there is something about eating frequently in small portion to avoid binging. Good point. But never works for me.

Third, don't say NO to carbs.

Sounds all contradiction but I wonder if it really works for my downsize me mission? Everything seems hopeless at the moment..
