Disappointments

Alright, I kinda ate quite a lot today. For dinner, I mean. I must really keep a diet log here to ensure that food isn't the reason why I am gaining weight. I must rule out diet, that's for sure.

Breakfast - oat biscuit (light)

Lunch - rice with bean sprouts and pumpkins (moderate)

Dinner - pan mee, fried stuff (HEAVY!) + Nattokinase Coffee

Talked to Trish. I am going jogging with her.
